Not surprisingly, magic is prevalent in the Ptolus Campaign. It’s as common as the Core Rules suggest. That is, magic remains beyond the reach of the common man, but certainly well within his observable world. The same can be said of monsters—while not everyone’s seen a dragon, there’s certainly no one who “disbelieves” in them. And most people have seen many other types of horrible creature in their lives. They’re just far too common for locals to remain unfamiliar with them.
